This tunnel rinsing machine is ideal for ROUND/FLAT BOTTLES and finds wide application in DISTILLERIES, FOOD, PHARMA INDUSTRIES.

The bottles are loaded manually into pockets of rinsing machine for Beta Sears. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading of bottles on to slat chain conveyor with brake drive.
In case of Gamma Series machines bottles are unloaded manually.

  
 

Three cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh waer, demineralised water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are mode of MS and all the water contact parts are mode of SS 304 on a heavy base of MS painted structure.

The total rinsing cycle is smooth and limit switches/sensors are built at every stage to sense bottle reversal or bottle obstruction and stop the machine.

 
   
 

The quality of rinsing is ensured through 3 sets of inner and 3 sets of outer nozzles accurately placed to direct the jet at centre of the bottle and the bottle comes out with water totally drained with minimum droplets of water left in the bottle.
