The in-built conveyer of
the filling machine will transfer the filled
bottled to the next station of the operation.
The manually loaded pucks
will make a loop through the moving conveyor.
The loaded pucks with empty bottle engages
to the filling nozzle either inside the
bottle. As the filling finishes the nozzle
will come out of the bottle. The filling
principle is volumetric, positive displacement
of product with piston and cylinder arrangement.
Amount of bottle fill is
governed pricisely by the length of piston
stroke, which in turn is controlled by scope
of cam track. Different pucks for different
bottles will have the same outer dimensions
so no need of extra
