This
machine is a combination of Rotary Gravity
Filler Model: SGF & Rotary ROPP Capper
with Standard Heads. This is also a Level
Filler and maintains Same level while filling
particular size. Hoper Cap Feeder for Standard
(22 mm & 25 mm) is also fitted with
machine for automatic feeding of caps onto
neck of bottles after filling and before
capping.

- Numbers
mentioned in Models like 12 in SVF-12 represents
the number of filling Heads.
- Number
mentioned in Models like 20/8 in SMVF-20/8 represents
number of Filling Heads-20 and number of Capping
Heads-8.
- Safety
Hood (Aluminium / SS Frame with toughened Glass)
is optional and is not a part of standard machine.
- The
output mentioned above are average outputs only.
The outpur denpends on several factors like:
a) Shape and size of Bottles / Containers.
b) Neck dia of Bottles / Containers.
c) Type and viscousity of product to be filled.
- Output
on the same model increases if the volume to
be filled (size of Containers / Bottles) is
less.
- CIP
System can also be provided on request.
- In
Models SGF, SMGF and SMVF compressed air at
a pressure of 4.5kg./ cm2 is required for automatic
overflow control and Vacuum Pump operated by
compressed air, which is to be arranged by the
client. However, Vacuum Pumps are supplied with
the machine.
- Machines
are fitted with one set of Change Parts for
one size only. Change Parts for additional sizes
will be charged extra.
- All
Models mentioned above are Rotary Level Fillers.
- Any
Model can be manufactured according to customer's
need.
