‘Gravityblock Machine’
is the combination of Rotary Gravity Filler
& Rotary ROPP Cap Sealer. These Fillers
are also ‘LEVEL FILLERS’ and maintain
same level while filling specific container
sizes. Such Gravityblock Machines are preferred
for filling/sealing PET Bottles in Mineral
Water, Juice, Milk, Liquor, Beverage Industries.
Gravity Fillers are available in options
of with & without partial vacuum depending
upon type of bottle, application etc.
Automatic feeding of caps onto bottle neck
is ensured with the help of suitable cap
feeder fitted on the top of the sealing
section of the machine.

Features:- |
- Internationally accepted
design with simple construction having minimum
moving parts.
- High gloss finishing
of the machine achieved by pre-buffed, pre-coated
SS-304 imported S. S. Sheets used in machine
manufacturing.
- Suitable for running
containers of different shapes and sizes with
the help of Change Parts. Faster & easy
provision of fixing Change Parts prior to every
container change over.
- Machine will be supplied
with oil free turbine type Vacuum Pump for ensuring
smooth and continuous operation.
- The electronic liquid
level controller and automatic pneumatic control
valve is provided to maintain and control the
flow of liquid in the main bowl.
- Long Heads of latest
international design (Zigma Heads) made of gun
metal / phosphorus bronze can be provided instead
of standard Sealing Heads.
- On request, Electronic
Bottle Counter & BPM Meter can also be provided
at extra cost.
- Inbuilt conveyor with
overlapping at outfeed and driven by imported
speed variator drive.
- Easy to maintain and
clean.
- Provision for ‘Deep
Drawn Caps’ or ‘Guala Caps’ can
be provided by fitting suitable cap feeder and
sealing heads.
- CIP System can also be
provided on request.
- S. S. Safety Hood shown
in the picture can be supplied at additional
cost and is not part of the standard equipment.
