The filling principle is
volumeric, positive displacement of product
with piston and cylinder arrangement. The
machine fills highly toxic and reacting
chemicals.
The cam is positioned at
the bottom and the piston comes from the
down stroke to up direction. The positive
closing of nozzles is done by gears to give
drip free operation.
The micro adjustment
for individual head is provided in the machine.
