This Model is adjustable pre-set, with automatic carton sealing and automatic flap closer. It does not require any operator and can be attached at the end of Line for on line flap closing and carton sealing with Hot Melt Glue.

Similar to Model SSFA (BOPP), it takes bottom sealed (BOPP or Hot Glue) loaded cartons from the conveyor system automatically and index them into the top flap folding section and hot glue spray/application section and then cartons are guided for pressing section for sealing.

The indexing system is controlled electronically and pneumatically and releases cartons one by one to the flap folding & Hot Glue spray application section where the flaps perpendicular to the direction of movement of cartons are folded and then Hot Melt Glue is sprayed from Hot Glue system for fraction of seconds by Hose and Gun on these flaps which gives thin line of Hot Glue on these flaps. After Glue spray the flaps parallel to movement of cartons are folded and cartons are guided / pushed by guide rods to the pressing section which contains top rollers to press the top flaps for perfect binding / sealing and side Guide Rollers to ensure proper centering while binding and for smooth movement.
