The machine is fitted with hopper feeder for standard height of caps and feed the caps onto the neck of bottles with a chute and shoe before it enters centre starwheel where the bottle with cap is gripped by sealing head for sealing.

In case of heights of caps other than standard, other feeders can also be attached to this capping machine easily, however these feeders do not form a part of this machine and have to be ordered separately.

The sealing & threading pressure can be easily adjusted. Centering guides fitted in the heads ensure that bottle is centered properly before capping to ensure precise and accurate capping.
