Automatic Rotary Plugging Machine is manufactured in 4, 6, 8 head configuration to plug various types of bottles at different speed.

The plugging machine finds wide application in food, agro-chemicals, edible oils, consmetics Industries.

The plugging head is of unique design which picks up the plugs by use of vacuum and presses on the bottles with required force. Different types of heads can be designed to suit different type and shape of plugs

The machine can be offered with automatic plug feeder as optional attachment. Automatic feeder is a vibratory feeder which feeds the plugs through chute to the special starwheel where plugs are picked up by plugging heads. Plugs are then pressed into the bottles.

Alternatively the plugs are placed on the bottles manually and then the plugs are pressed by the plugging heads of machine.

Special plugging or pressing machines for other types of caps like leapfrog cap etc., can also be offered.
