Rotary
Screw-on Capping Machine is Generally Manufactured
in version of 3, 6, 8, Capping Heads. The
Capping Machine Design works on Cap pick
up and Screw-on the container principle.The
Screw Capping Machine is used widely in
Edible oil, food, Beverage, Lubricant industries.
The
capping head is unique design which grips
the caps by clutch arrangement lined with
hard rubber pads. The torque on the head
can be adjusted as per various capping requirements.

The machine is fitted with automatic disc
feeder for feeding caps. The caps are sorted
and fed through chute and air operated conveyor
to cap starwheel from where the caps are
picked up by capping heads. the disc cap
feeder is designed as per size and shape
of caps such as Screw Caps, Lug on Caps
etc.
The
machine is provided with arrangement to
return reverse caps back to feeder. Height
of the capping Heeds can be adjusted by
built in motor.
