This capping machine is widely used in Liquor industry. The operation and construction of this machine is exactly similar to Model: SCZ but this machine is fitted with special Guala heads which is spring loaded and bottom portion contains casted nylon / UHMW disc so that while pressure is applied for the press fitting of these Guala caps onto the neck of bottles, the cap does not get damaged. While the upper portion of Guala heads rotates, this bottom disc remains stationary. For this a thrust bearing is provided in between upper and lower portion / disc of the Guala head.
